After meeting at Conservatorium Maastricht in the autumn of 2022, Erika García (clarinet), Giovanni Landini (cello) and Andrea Boga (piano) congregate under the name Mühlfeld Trio, in order to explore the chamber music repertoire of this particular formation. Through concerts and live events, they aim to share with the audience the energy and passion that characterize their interpretations.

Following the opening of the 2023 Chamber Music Festival in Maastricht, where they had the opportunity to perform on historical instruments, the Trio started touring through the Netherlands and Belgium, performing at some of the most important venues in the Limburg region, including Theater aan het Vrijthof in Maastricht, Concertgebouw Eindhoven and Piano's Maene Limburg.

Since the beginning of 2023 they have been taking lessons from renowned professors, such as Pierpaolo Maurizzi, Jonathan Aner, Antoaneta Emanuilova, Shunsuke Sato, Henja Semmler, Gustav Rivinius, Jeroen Riemsdijk, Roeland Hendrikx, Anastasia Safonova and Anastasia Goldberg.

Winners of the I Prize at the XVII Concurso Nacional de Música de Cámara “Villa de Cox” and II Prize at the XX Arnuero International Chamber Music Competition, this summer they debuted in the prestigious Festival Internacional de Santander in August 2024 and in a concert organized by the “Juventudes Musicales Españolas” in Chipiona. Future events include the participation in the distinguished Pinerolo International Chamber Music Competition, programmed for March 2025.
